In the event that you are unaware, the client was successful in defending the claim brough by Miss XXXX. As a result the claim has been dismissed and the Claimant was ordered to pay costs.

I would like to thank you for your involvement in this matter in particular the preparation of your report and your detailed response to the queries raised by the claimant. Your report was accepted by the court and helped the client in successfully defending the claim.

Nathan kindly offered his time voluntarily to help us with an issue which we were having with building. We were in the process of building an accessible extension for our disabled daughter and some of the work hadn’t been carried our to our satisfaction and wasn’t accessible enough for my daughters wheelchair.

The building work wasn’t done by Nathan, yet he agreed to offer his invaluable advice. Not only advising how to rectify the mistake that the builders had made, but also advising how to approach them whilst maintaining a good relationship.

You are an extremely hard-working individual, who has a very good set of management skills and has settled in very well to the business.
