Using innovative thermal imaging, we identified a number of issues which were documented as part of an expert witness report.
Internal Space
- Walls and ceiling wet in bedroom, and cupboard in bedroom.
- Roof issues and lack of insulation.
- Humidity high due to water ingress.
- Cold spots insulation creating cold bridging issues.
- External gutters leaking, felt perished to tiled and tiles broken.
- Flat roof flexing and bouncing.
- Full report with recommendation and next steps issued.
