Nathan kindly offered his time voluntarily to help us with an issue which we were having with building. We were in the process of building an accessible extension for our disabled daughter and some of the work hadn’t been carried our to our satisfaction and wasn’t accessible enough for my daughters wheelchair.

The building work wasn’t done by Nathan, yet he agreed to offer his invaluable advice. Not only advising how to rectify the mistake that the builders had made, but also advising how to approach them whilst maintaining a good relationship.

We have engaged Nathan and DGL since 2000 on a variety of projects, and utilise their professional services for all our commercial and building surveying requirements. Most recent instructions have been schedules of conditions, legal notices and party wall Act 1996.

They are our building surveyors who we partner with across our Dorset, Hampshire and West Sussex developments and conversions.

They provide a first-class reliable service with a positive outcome and attitude.

You are an extremely hard-working individual, who has a very good set of management skills and has settled in very well to the business. We have engaged DGL for a few years now, for all our surveying requirements. They prepare and apply for planning, building regulations, measured surveys, contact administration on a range of differing projects, defect analysis, thermal imaging, damp and mould inspections, party wall etc. They are our surveyors of choice across our Hampshire and West Sussex Offices. They provide a very reliable, thorough service and have assisted us greatly with historical issues within the portfolio. They ensure all our projects run smoothly and provide frequent in-depth updates.
