We’re pleased to welcome Joe to Dartmouth Group, joining our growing team as a Building Surveyor.
Joe brings eight years of experience within the insulation and wider building construction industry, adding further practical knowledge and expertise to our building surveying team.
Eight Years of Construction Industry Experience
Throughout his career, Joe has developed extensive experience in assessing properties, identifying building defects and helping to determine the most appropriate solutions.
His background has given him a strong understanding of building construction, insulation and property condition, alongside the practical considerations involved in maintaining, repairing and improving buildings.
Joe also has experience supporting renovation and refurbishment projects from the initial assessment through to completion, helping to ensure works are carefully planned, coordinated and delivered to the required standards.

Joe’s knowledge of construction methods, building regulations and property inspections will complement the experience already within Dartmouth Group.
As Building Surveyors, our team works with clients across a wide range of property and construction matters, providing professional advice throughout the lifecycle of a building. Joe’s practical construction background will be particularly valuable when assessing building condition, investigating defects and supporting refurbishment projects.
