DGL undertook a survey of the property, identified the defects, issued a report on the defects, and recommended remedial work with budget costs, cross-referenced against The Housing Act 2004 and the Housing Health & Rating Safety System. All reports are prepared for the Courts under Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rule as set out by the Ministry of Justice and issued to the instructing Solicitors to assist in claim settlement for their client.
