Employed in 2005 in the role of Project and Cost Manager, I learnt the business from the ground up, promoted to Construction Director in 2006. On the 01st of October 2007, I took on the role of MD, heading up the day to day contracting strategies from inception to completion for multiple fast-track retail, industrial, leisure and office new build, fit out, HVAC, Electrical & refurbishment projects, delivering complex and multiple projects Nationwide, whilst directing and managing a team of sub-contractors, health and safety professional, project managers and cost consultants.

Leading a cost-focused process & business improvement initiatives across the departments; managing and leveraging sub-contractors, consultants, and procurement, to obtain best value and cost to benefit clients and the company.

During my leadership, the company turnover increased 400% from 2007 – 2017, and the net worth of the business increased 200%, with cash reserves into 7 figures.

Managing H&SE to ensure best practice for all direct employees, sub-contractors and clients own appointed contractors, improved well-being, safety, and training to make sure that we constantly achieved safety performance beyond compliance.
